High Heart in Motion
In an ever-expanding world, one can experience an increasing number of concerns. How do we appropriate some focus to these concerns that may appear out of reach?
Every person has their inner circle of concern they must focus on. Whether daily, weekly, or monthly these focal points dictate our behaviors, creating ones lifestyle. It’s vital to give these things attention to maintain a fulfilling and functional life. We use our agency to affirmatively influence this things. We exert our influence to allow things to go accordingly and to improve our quality of life.
Our circle of concern extends beyond this. We all have limitations regarding how far our influence overlaps with concerns outside of our control. How we interact and place focus on these external concerns will be different than how we treat the concerns of our inner circle.
What I’ve shared here is a more practical mapping of what could be seen as the activation of our high heart. I believe it’s intended for each individual’s high heart to expand. Our concerns for our loved ones and that which we are concerned about in the broader world will experiences paces of flexing and contracting. I believe it’s vital to magnify our attention toward our exercising of the high heart in motion.
