Checking in with Your Integration Process - Posting today to share about my Integration Session offering. Have you experienced an Integration Session before? If you’re curious about this process, check this out.The Integration Session occurs in two parts. The first part is where you name and describe what you’re looking to integrate. We allow some space to go deeper with how you may be stuck in this particular area. We get a clear understanding of how it’s affecting you and where you’d like to see yourself. The second part is the follow-up session that allows for further exploration around how to fine-tune your integration process. We see what’s come up for you since bringing this concern to light. We trouble-shoot about the obstacles you may face during your process as you implement your specific assimilation practices. There are 2 ways we can structure your two-part Integration Session:1) Specific life event/concern integrationYour focus could be around a specific event or aspect of life that you’d like to integrate. It could be as specific as having a fear of flying due to a bad traveling experience, or something broader like wanting to build esteem with transferring skills to a new career. In recent years, I’ve had clients come to me looking to process their experience around being ostracized for choosing to follow natural health when feeling external pressures to do otherwise.2) Liminal space integrationThis would be less about a specific event or topic area, and more about feeling into your state of being. You may feel as if you’re already assimilating various emotions and experiences, or you may feel a bit stuck. We can explore some metaphysical techniques if you’re feeling like you’re relying too heavily on physical or cognitive tools. Or we can add physical or cognitive tools if you’re feeling too untethered and would like to become more grounded.Basically, the integration process can be around anything you’re sensing you’d like to explore deeper and integrate in order for you to move forward with your intentions and goals. Either way, you can use these sessions to give a boost of attention toward this process. What this entails:This is one-to-one coaching via Zoom or phone. Which consists of two 40min calls, occurring a week or two apart. Including a tiny bit of homework for you between the sessions. In the spirit of Living in the Gift (and not wanting cost to get in the way of connecting) I offer this on a sliding-scale donation basis. If this sounds like something you’re feeling called to explore, then send me a message with any comments/questions here or at highheartwellness@gmail.com. We’ll set up a time to connect!
