Listen now (28 mins) | Mars has gone direct - woohoo! Mars has gone direct - woohoo! In this solocast I reflect on the latest Mars retrograde and what that looked like for me - and what Mars moving direct may look like for you.
Mars retrograde only occurs once every 2 years. Lasting from 60-80 days, which can make it a notable phase for you when it happens. When this occurred at the start of 2023, I wrote about it here if you’d like to check that out. The Mars retrograde may have been a frustrating space. Yet, it could be very helpful for exploring emotional security and vulnerability. Mars archetype wants to move forward, so shifting that energy internally may have been a challenge. Now with the Mars retrograde ending, it will feel like the setbacks are done. There will be new momentums building again.
Mars is Cancer brings to my mind a pot full of homemade stew on simmer. Sort of like using low focused energy to brings things to fruition. Letting the flavors mix and meld. But when you’re hungry, anxious for activity, the simmer is the most difficult part. Without it though, the end result is not as satisfying.
Ooh, I love this referencing of simmering of low focused energy Tanya! And yes, there’s a mixing and melding of flavors of happening. It has a valuable place in the process!
