As of May 4th, Pluto has stationed to go retrograde. It will be retrograde till Oct. 13th. Feeling called to discuss what this phase can mean for us. On the collective front, this is a reminder that we've only just entered Pluto in Aquarius - and we have yet to really get our feet wet. If you're expecting for radical change immediately, you'll need to reconsider this explication. This first full year of Pluto in Aquarius is bringing a more gradual entry into the new phase.
You can view this Pluto retrograde as period of revision and refinement. Getting to know some of the Aquarian nuance Pluto will transmute as it crystalizes in its new sign and house. Our most recent previous Pluto retrogrades brought us back into Capricorn. Not this time. Those moments for deeper Pluto in Capricorn recognition are falling behind. Not to say that you can't revisit those lessons in some way. The framing now will simply be from the Pluto in Aquarius vantage point. Let this retrograde remind you that the systems of Pluto in Aquarius will be different. It's like receiving a new curriculum, or moving to a new city that has it's unique lay of the land. Deciding what will work for you from the last place, and what is meant for you to leave behind. Use this time to get in touch with your internal compass. How aligned is your internal compass with external navigational systems? Are you in need of putting some of the external navigational systems in check? Any calls for reduction or detox from news media or social media?
On the personal level, the transformative and rebirthing aspects of Pluto may feel like they're slowing down. You many even feel like they're falling you. Don't give up. It's not failing, this is part of the process. If you're not feeling forward momentum, it's better to assign other ways to experience this time. Allow this time for retrospection, integration and course correction. You'll still get the astrological backing to feel empowered within this phase.
